Market Bookshelf Reaches New Milestones

31st July 2019

The Coalition partnered in 2017 with USAID and the William Davidson Institute to launch the Market Bookshelf website. Market Bookshelf is an easy-to-navigate online repository for health market knowledge. It is updated often with new analyses, reports, and tools; while the website was initially created to meet the needs of the reproductive health community, it covers a broad range of health areas, including malaria, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, contraception, neonatal and child health, maternal health, tuberculosis and other communicable diseases, immunization, and non-communicable diseases.

In July 2019, Market Bookshelf reached the milestone of having over 600 documents uploaded and accessible to website visitors. Additionally, the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program—Procurement and Supply Management project (GHSC-PSM) is providing administrative support during this fiscal year and lending their knowledge management team’s expertise in order to draft a marketing strategy and social media toolkit for the website.
