Innovation in national financing advocacy

A webinar highlighting recent innovation in national financing advocacy. National advocates will present key achievements on advocacy for financial investments in RH supplies and services from Indonesia, Malawi and Uganda:

  • Dini Harati, Yayasan Cipta Cara Padu (YCCP) will share Advance Family Planning (AFP) Indonesia’s advocacy experience in a decentralized context and how to translate the national policy into action at the district and down to the community level;
  • Rowlands Kaotcha, The Hunger Project Malawi will present key achievements in decreasing international donor dependency for condom procurement, and focus on advocating for national government funding for condoms
  • Moses Muwonge, Samasha Medical Foundation will overview a newly designed module to be added to the Ministry of Health RMNCH resource tracking web database which incorporates family planning resource tracking in Uganda.
